Associated Composite Materials Private Limited is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in terms of the order dated 6th December 2023 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal has appointed Mr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/0341/2021-2022/13623 as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to conduct the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of M/s Associated Composite Materials Private Limited (Corporate Debtor).
